The options dialog lets you change program options

here are the different options

tempo:
How fast the song goes.
The higher the value is, The faster the song goes.
note: the random table window ignores this value, instead it uses it's own tempos.

num rows to play:
How many rows to play above the white bar when the S key is press

Board song seed:
The seed that is used to randomize the board

Rule table seed:
The seed that is use to randomize the rule table and the rhythm.
Tip: To get the same rule table just use the same seed.

Colored note seed:
The seed used to give the cells different colors.

min note length:
the min length a note can be.

empty space bonus length:
how much to increase the last note's length when on a empty space.
(the black squares on the grid are empty spaces)

number of notes to play at a time:
the max number of notes from the melody that is played at the same time. play:
wherever to use lower octave, the upper octave or both when playing the melody

key to play in:
what key to play in. higher values raise the song's pitch

melody instrument:
the instrument number used for the melody

chord instrument:
the instrument number used for the chords

chord volume:
what volume should the chords be
note: To change chord volume in version 1.3 or later,
just go to edit->edit instruments and enter a value in
the field that says "chord instrument volume"

auto update rule table: if checked then the rule table is automatically updated
when the user changes a cell's color.

show note names:
if checked then the color box shows the note names
